FixSpot may provide badges, rankings, citizen scores, engagement rewards, or similar gamification-based features.

FixSpot does not guarantee complaint acknowledgment, acceptance, response time, resolution, or action by any authority, department, municipality, or third party.

16. Authority Communication Disclaimer

Complaint forwarding may occur through email, API integrations, automated communication systems, dashboards, or other available methods.

FixSpot cannot guarantee authority receipt, response, acknowledgment, or resolution outcomes.
